HOW TO BOOK

To book any individual treatments, special offer treatments or day packages contact the Spa on 01633 871199

Payments can be made by all major credit/debit cards, with full payment taken at the time of booking. We ask that all spa packages and treatments are paid upfront prior to arrival. We respectfully ask that should you wish to cancel a booking or treatments, that you give us 48 hours notice. Any 'no shows' or cancellations on the day will incur 100% charges. All Overnight Spa Packages & residential packages are non refundable

 

WHAT TO BRING

When arriving for a spa package you will be greeted on the Leisure & Spa reception desk. You will be provided with a complimentary robe & towel to use whilst in the spa facilities. These must be handed in prior to leaving the spa area. Failure to do so, will result in you being charged. You will also be shown where all the facilities are and taken through the layout for the day to ensure you have as relaxing a time as possible

 

In order to receive full use of your time with us at the spa, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrivals may deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment time and could result in your treatment being cancelled with the full cost being charged

 

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

• If you have booked a pedicure, please do not forget to bring your flip flops

• All clients upon arrival are asked to complete a consultation form to ensure the chosen treatments are suitable

• Some of our treatments are not suitable for pregnancy or some health conditions. If you do have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the spa prior to your arrival

• For all our treatments underwear must be worn, therefore we  also request that damp swimsuits are removed prior to your treatment

• After waxing, all heat treatments, including use of the pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi are not to be used for 24 hours

• All tinting requires a patch test in the spa at least 24 hours prior to your treatment

• All treatments include time for collection, consultation & changing
